'Incredibly useful tool!'

The LastPass Chrome extension is truly a breeze and the best way to use LastPass.

LastPass doesn't come without its quirks and buggy behavior. As an administrator, I sometimes get an 'invalid' error when trying to update credentials. When updating time-sensitive credentials you often have to have the team clear their cache and refresh their sites several times.

I was watching my husband trying to create a password that matched the rules for a site yesterday and I found it truly painful to watch and was trying to convince him to get a password manager. In general, I think LastPass saves - so - much - time. Our company was on the basic plan for a while and it worked pretty well, we have now switched to a business plan and we are pretty satisfied with the added features.

I think this is overall a great user friendly application.

Setting it up and getting it rolled out while using Azure AD as the identity provider was painful. Frankly the end user has to do a lot to get it setup, not exactly automatic provisioning of accounts.

I think this product has solved our need to securely store passwords.
